Are you a passionate English teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic school located near Morwell, in the Gippsland region of Victoria, which is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join its supportive and well-resourced team.

This is a full time, ongoing position commencing ASAP . The successful candidate will teach English across Years 7–12 , with the opportunity to teach VCE English depending on experience and the school's timetable.
n About the Role As an English Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging English lessons across Years 7–12, fostering students' love of reading, writing and critical thinking. You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment while supporting students to achieve strong academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality English lessons across Years 7–12
n
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking and critical analysis skills
n
- Create engaging, inclusive and well-managed learning experiences
n




- Assess and report on student progress in line with the Victorian Curriculum and VCE requirements where applicable
n
- Contribute positively to the English faculty and wider school community
n
- Build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues to support student success
n

About You nn
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration
n
- A recognised teaching qualification (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
n
- The ability to teach English across Years 7–12
n
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and, ideally, VCE English
n
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student wellbeing and achievement
n
- Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills
n

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable onshore applicants, making this an excellent opportunity for qualified English teachers already in Australia seeking employer sponsorship.
