About the role:
We’re seeking a high-performing and adaptable Administration Officer to support the Nursing & Midwifery Directorate at James Fletcher Hospital. This isn’t your typical admin role - it’s a dynamic, high-touch role where your work directly contributes to workforce and recruitment strategies across portfolios such as clinical practice, leadership, and professional development.
This role will see you supporting a talented and friendly team - with opportunities to step up when needed, grow your skills, and make a meaningful impact.
In this role, you’ll:
- Contribute to workforce and recruitment coordination
- Liaise with senior clinical staff including Nurse Managers and portfolio leads
- Support report creation, data entry, and document formatting with flair and precision
- Work closely with a supportive team with strong onboarding and ongoing development
About you:

Experience providing high-level administrative support in a complex environment, particularly within a healthcare setting, will be highly regarded. Experience with recruitment and electronic information systems, including ROB, is also desirable.
