JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description n

- * In this role you will provide care for our clients across our Wahroonga & Terrey Hills Cottages.
n
- * Hourly Rates: $32.91 to $36.50- P/H + penalties
n
- * Shifts include: (You must be able to do a mix of below)
n
- * 7.15am-14.45 - Morning shift
n
- * 14.45 - 21.45- Afternoon shift
n
- * 21.30- 07.45- Night shift, * Provide personal care including grooming and hygiene
n
- * Deliver care in accordance with individual care plans
n
- * Support and care for guests during overnight or extended stays
n
- * Promote guest dignity and independence through daily activities
n
- * Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in care professionally
n

About the Candidate n

n
- * you're a people-person who is patient and solutions-focused
n
- * you have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care
n
- * you have a valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car
n
- * ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help
n
- * Empathy and compassion are a must
n
- * Good administrative and computer skills, including the use of a smartphone
n
- * A strong team player, who can communicate professionally changes in care, complete all documentation, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
n
