Key Responsibilities:
n
Deliver high-quality nursing care in a General Practice setting.
n
Manage patient care independently within the treatment room.
n
Assist with chronic disease management, health assessments, and care planning.
n
Support a patient-centred, team-based model of care.
n
Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For
n
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about General Practice and is seeking a long-term opportunity to become a valued member of our team.
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
n
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a General Practice setting.
n
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in General Practice.
n
The ability to confidently manage patient care within the treatment room.
n
Strong communication skills, professionalism and an empathetic approach to patient care.
n
Experience with Best Practice software is preferred but not essential.
n
Experience performing spirometry and audiometry would be highly advantageous.
n
Experience with ear microsuction would also be highly regarded.
n
Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
