Job Description

Aruma is seeking an experienced Manager, Community to lead our Toowoomba/Ipswich portfolio. This hands‑on leadership role oversees hubs, respite services and community supports, driving culture, service excellence and outcomes for customers.

You will lead and develop Service Leads and frontline teams, manage day‑to‑day delivery, and ensure quality, safety and compliance across settings while balancing budgets and workforce planning.
