Our client is a leading global law firm with a market leading Employment, Industrial Relations and Safety practice. They are now looking for a talented solicitor to join the team.

The Opportunity n

In this role you will work closely with leading Partners in advising clients across multiple sectors on employment law, industrial relations, and safety matters.

n

Key responsibilities include

n

n
- Provide strategic advice on employment, industrial relations and workforce matters, including enterprise bargaining and workplace change;
n
- Advise and represent clients in employment and industrial disputes, including dismissal, general protections and bargaining matters;
n
- Provide practical advice on workplace compliance, including employment, discrimination, safety and payroll matters;
n




- Assist clients in dealings with workplace regulators and represent them in investigations, disputes and proceedings.
n

What you’ll bring nn
- At least 2 years’ experience in employment law and industrial relations, gained in private practice, government or in-house.
n
- Strong academic credentials, communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Experience advising on workplace strategy, bargaining, disputes, compliance, litigation and employment aspects of major transactions.
n
- A curious, innovative mindset with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
n
