Quest Melbourne Airport is looking for an experienced and motivated hands on On-site Duty Manager to join our team. Its a hand-ons role and you are trusted to manage operations and guest experience independently.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Work 5-day rotating roster across front office shifts (mostly afternoon).
n
- Deliver exceptional guest service from check-in to departure
n
- Manage reservations (phone, online, in-person)
n
- Handle guest issues confidently and independently
n
- Drive upselling and revenue opportunities
n
- Operate the airport shuttle (Full Driver’s Licence required)
n
- Serve Alcohol (RSA required or willing to obtain before start of employment)
n
- Maintain presentation of reception and public areas
n
- Support and guide junior team members when required
n
- Attend to after hour calls and request - 7 days a week
n
What We’re Looking For nn
- Minimum 3+ year hospitality / hotel / customer service experience
n
- Strong front office/GSA background (hotel experience preferred)
n
- Confident working independently and making decisions
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Full Victoria Driver’s Licence (essential)
n
- RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and rotating roster
n
- This role requires to stay in office and attend after hours calls 7 nights a week.
