We operate three dealerships across metropolitan Brisbane in Fortitude Valley, Springwood and Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. We are seeking a hands‑on Business Manager.

The Role n

Help customers arrange vehicle finance: Understand their needs and explain available finance options, repayments, fees and loan terms clearly.

n
- n

Manage applications through to settlement: Collect customer documents, submit applications, liaise with lenders and ensure funds are received in time for vehicle delivery.

n
- n

Work closely with the sales team: Ensure customers are introduced to the Business Manager,



follow up finance enquiries and keep sales staff informed of approval progress.

- n

Offer relevant insurance and protection products: Explain suitable products offered by the dealership, within the Business Manager’s authorisations, including costs, benefits and exclusions.

n
- n

Maintain compliance and accurate records: Follow applicable lending, privacy and disclosure requirements, ensuring applications and contracts are complete and customers understand what they are signing.

- n

Achieve targets and manage lender relationships: Grow finance uptake and profitability while maintaining good customer outcomes, solid lender relationships and clear reporting to management.

About You n

Previous automotive business‑management experience is preferred.

n

You will need:

n

- Automotive experience
n
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
n
- Confidence using CRM and lead-management systems
n
- A current Queensland motor dealer licence
n
- A current driver’s licence
n
- The ability to obtain a satisfactory police check
n
- Professional references
n
