The Role: n

We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our team as Stock Manager at our Karrinyup Store. You will support the Management team in driving sales, leading a team, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success.

The role & responsibilities: nn
- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
n
- Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
n
- Opening and Closing stores including late night trades
n
- Supporting management in leading team
n




- Processing large volumes of stock
n
- Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
n
- Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
n
- Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers
n

To be successful in this role, you will bring: nn
- Have full availability/flexibility to work 38 hours per week
n
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
n
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
n
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
n
- The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
n
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
n
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
