As a Senior Consultant, Fraud Data & Insights, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights, develop analytical models, and provide reporting that supports the detection, prevention and management of fraud, scams and financial crime.

In the role of a Senior Data Consultant, you will join the Fraud Prevention & Detection team that’s doubling down on protecting the community and our customers.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Mature and automate fraud, scam and financial crime domain reporting and insights.
- Prepare monthly performance reporting, MOUs, leadership papers and required governance materials.
- Analyse fraud and scam trends, performance drivers, operational impacts and customer outcomes.
- Convert reporting outputs into clear actions, risks, decisions and recommendations for leadership.
- Support regulatory and industry reporting needs by ensuring insights are accurate, timely and aligned to changing obligations
- Partner with analytics, operations
- Technology and delivery teams to source, validate and interpret reporting inputs and drive automation.




- Improve consistency of metrics, definitions, commentary and trend analysis across fraud and scam reporting.
- Maintain strong reporting governance, ensuring data accuracy, evidence, version control and clear owners

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Extensive data analytics capability across large datasets and applying statistical techniques to fraud use cases .
- Highly proficient in SQL, PowerBI (including DAX), AI prompting, advanced Excel, and experience with SAS and Python.
- Deep understanding of fraud, scams and financial crime typologies .
- Ability to convert performance data, regulatory requirements and operational context into clear, actionable insights , performance dashboards and actionable insights.
- Ability to identify material trends, risks, control gaps and emerging issues from performance reporting.

Exceptional stakeholder management across analytics, operations, risk, technology and governance.

- High attention to detail, with strong governance discipline around reporting accuracy, version control and evidence.
