Matrix Education is hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to join the team at our Bella Vista , Castle Hill , Chatswood , Epping , Hurstville , Strathfield and Parramatta locations. Working hours are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to our customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs whilst building and maintaining robust relationships with all client bases. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.

What you’ll do… n

- DaytodayoperationalmanagementoftheMatrixcampus.
n
- Respondingtoinboundtelephone,emailandfacetofaceenquiries.
n




- Makingoutboundsalesandengagementcalls.
n
- Ownershipofendtoendenrolmentmanagement,fromtriallessons,enrolmenttoretention.
n
- ManagementofcustomerprofilesandenrolmentsontheCRM.
n
- Deliveryofinternalcommunicationsatthecampuslevel.
n
- Providingsupporttostaffandstudentsonsite.
n

What you’ll need… nn
- Minimumtwoyears’experienceincustomerservice,administrationorcallcentre.
n
- Outstandingverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,withaconfident,politeandprofessionalapproach.
n
- Keenattentiontodetailwhendocumentingandenteringinformation.
n
- Abilitytoremaincalmandfocusedduringbusyperiods.
n
- Flexibleattitude,hard-workingandresultsdriven.
n
