Manufacturing Growth Hub Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Business Growth Consultant to join our growing team.

n

This is not a typical administration role.

n

We're looking for someone who has successfully implemented ISO management systems within manufacturing businesses and understands how operational excellence, quality systems, leadership, and accountability can drive business growth.

n

You will work directly with manufacturing business owners and leadership teams, coaching, guiding, and supporting them to improve their systems, achieve ISO certification, strengthen their operations, and scale their businesses.

n

About the Role n

As part of our consulting team, you will work closely with manufacturing clients across a variety of industries, helping them build stronger businesses through practical systems, operational improvement, and ISO implementation.

n

You will act as both a consultant and coach, supporting business owners and key team members to improve performance, maintain compliance, and create sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead and support ISO implementation projects within manufacturing businesses.
n
- Coach business owners, managers, and leadership teams on quality systems, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
n
- Guide clients through ISO certification and surveillance audit processes.
n
- Facilitate client workshops,



training sessions, strategic planning meetings, and implementation reviews.
n
- Develop and improve management system documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, process maps, and records.
n
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and assist businesses to implement practical solutions.
n
- Track and report on client progress against agreed objectives and action plans.
n
- Support clients to improve accountability, team performance, and business processes.
n
- Liaise with certification bodies, auditors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
n
- Assist with recruitment and workforce development activities where required to support client growth initiatives.
n
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Manufacturing Growth Hub's consulting methodologies, systems, and tools.
n

What We're Looking For Essential Experience nn
- Proven experience implementing ISO management systems within a manufacturing environment.
n
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management principles.
n
- Experience leading or participating in certification audits.
n
- Background working within manufacturing operations, production, quality, engineering, or continuous improvement.
n
- Ability to confidently engage with business owners, managers, and frontline teams.
n




- Experience driving process improvement and operational change initiatives.
n

Highly Regarded nn
- Experience consulting, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating workshops.
n
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, GMP, or other management systems.
n
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence experience.
n
- Recruitment, workforce planning, or people development experience.
n
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management software.
n
