Job Description
Minor Hotels is hiring a Commis Chef – Breakfast to join our kitchen team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat on a casual basis. You will support the breakfast service, prepare dishes, and help ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

The role requires prior kitchen experience, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, and a solid understanding of HACCP, OH&S;, and hygiene standards. Weekend availability and reliable transport are preferred.
