The Person n

Previous real estate business development experience would be highly regarded; however, applications are also welcomed from experienced leasing,



property management or real estate sales professionals who have the confidence and commercial drive to step into a BDM position.

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience within residential real estate
n
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
- A confident and professional approach to prospecting
n
- The ability to identify opportunities and convert new business
n
- Excellent organisation and follow-up skills
n
- Sound knowledge of the Western Sydney property market
n
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
n

The Role n

This position will focus on building relationships, converting new management opportunities and continuing to grow the agency’s rent roll across Western Sydney.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, investors and referral partners
n
- Responding to new business enquiries and converting warm leads
n
- Conducting rental appraisals and presenting management proposals
n
- Prospecting for new property management opportunities
n
- Maintaining regular contact with prospective and existing clients
n
- Working closely with the wider property management and sales teams
n
- Managing the onboarding process for new landlords
n
- Representing the business at local networking and community events
n
- Keeping accurate records of leads, activity and conversions
n
