We pride ourselves on setting a benchmark for quality and service in the community – so we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Maintenance Handyperson to join our team at the Redearth Hotel and Isa Hotel in Mount Isa!

About the Role: n

We’re on the lookout for a maintenance all-rounder to assist our hotels with a variety of general handyperson tasks, including yard and cellar work. This is a casual position working Monday to Friday for approximately 30-35 hours per week, with some out-of-hours work as required.

What You’ll Do: n

- Perform general public area and groundskeeping duties
n
- Undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks
n
- Assist with yard and cellar work as required
n
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic maintenance issues
n
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety standards and Safe Work Procedures
n

About You: n

You’ll have hands‑on maintenance experience, solid problem‑solving skills, and a solid understanding of WHS standards. A current QLD driver’s licence is essential. Experience in hospitality or accommodation maintenance will be highly regarded.
