About the Role n

An exciting opportunity exists for a Dental Receptionist to join our Our Medical team.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients
n
- Manage patient enquiries, appointments, records, payments and re-bookings
n
- Support dentists and the clinical team with administrative tasks
n
- Order stock and coordinate supplies for the clinic
n
- Ensure the reception and clinic areas are well presented, organised, and welcoming
n
- Communicate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, patients,



and suppliers
n
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment
n
- A commitment to building a collegial team, always operating in a constructive and co-operative manner
n
- A genuine interest in helping people access better oral healthcare
n

About You n

You are a friendly, organised, and customer-focused qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will bring:

- Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
n
- Previous experience in dental administration (preferred)
n
- Experience with patient management systems (Dental4Windows highly regarded)
n
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
n
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
n
- A genuine passion for helping people access better oral healthcare
