Whatyou’lldo
n
As aCasualty Claims Specialist ,you’llmanage a portfolio ofup to 100 claims,
a blend of active and dormant matters.You’llindependently handle straightforward files within delegation and collaborate with senior colleagues and legal partners on more complex claims.
n
Your work will include:
n
n
- Managing enquiries and guiding customers with clarity and empathy
n
- Delivering fair, consistent, specialised claims outcomes
n
- Assessing coverage,liabilityand quantum
n
- Setting and executing effective resolution strategies
n
- Maintainingaccuratefile standards and following our service model
n
- Building positive relationships with clients,regulatorsand external stakeholders
n
- Contributing to team initiatives,improvementsandbestpracticebehaviours
n
n

- Experience managing claims in a casualty portfolio
n
- Strong understanding of legislation, civil claims processes and/or PI/PL matters
n
- Ability to provide commercial,timelyandwell-reasoneddecisions
n
- Excellent communication, problemsolvingand stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working both independently and in a team
n
- A law degree is helpful but not essential;healthrelatedexperience is a bonus
n
