Showroom Consultant – Luxury Furniture & Interiors n

An established luxury interiors brand is looking for a passionate and personable Showroom Consultant to join its design-led team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves beautiful furniture, enjoys connecting with people and wants to build a career within the premium interiors industry.

You’ll be based in a stunning showroom, working with high-end furniture and interiors while building relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and trade clients. From the first conversation through to the final order, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable client experience.

Key Responsibilities n

Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, creating a warm, considered and inspiring experience.

- n

Build strong, long-term relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers and trade clients.

n
- n

Provide personalised, consultative advice across luxury furniture, finishes and interior solutions.

n
- n

Manage the full sales journey, from initial enquiry and consultation through to quoting, order placement and completion.

n
- n

Develop in-depth product knowledge and confidently communicate the brand’s collections, craftsmanship and design story.

Skills & Experience nn




- n

Experience in luxury retail, furniture, interiors, A&D; or design-led sales.

n
- n

A genuine passion for furniture, interiors and design, with a strong appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.

n
- n

Warm, polished and confident communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a discerning clientele.

n
- n

A consultative sales approach, with the drive and confidence to convert opportunities and achieve targets.

n
- n

Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
