Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-focused HR Administrator - Remuneration & Perks to provide additional support to the team in preparation for an upcoming remuneration and salary review cycle. This is a hands-on administration role requiring strong Excel, data management and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Provide HR administration support in preparation for the upcoming remuneration cycle
n
- Review, update and maintain employee and salary information
n
- Assist with data entry, validation and data cleansing
n
- Support preparation of spreadsheets, reports and remuneration documentation
n
- Assist with information relating to salary structures and HEW classification levels
n
- Ensure employee and remuneration data is accurate and ready for the review cycle
n
- Coordinate information and documentation across the HR team
n
Key Requirements nn
- Previous HR or People & Culture administration experience
n
- Strong Excel and data administration skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Comfortable working with confidential employee and salary information
n
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
n
- Ability to hit the ground running and quickly pick up new processes
n
- Higher education experience and exposure to HEW classifications highly regarded
n
- Remuneration and benefits exposure advantageous but not essential
