In this role, you will be responsible for the assembling of name badges, awards, trophies & neoprene products. Most of the work centres around name badge assembly executing consistent repeat processes that require a high attention to detail.

n

This role also involves order assembly, order picking & dispatch.

n

Being comfortable with inventory and ordering systems, customer e-mails and shipping & dispatch

n

This role will also be required to provide supervision and guidance to peers in the dispatch and assembly team.

Key responsibilities will include: n

- On time & accurate packing, assembly & shipping of orders.
n
- Invoicing & dispatch documentation.
n
- Providing guidance to peers, managing workload & flow and some coaching and supervision capability.
n
- The ability to prioritise activities based on deadlines and due dates.
n




- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and cleanliness standards.
n
- Provide assistance in other departments as needed, based on skills and experience.
n
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure productive workflow and quality control
n

YOUR BACKGROUND nn
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and dispatch.
n
- Proficient with ordering & dispatch software.
n
- Proficientwith managing e-mail requests with clear communication.
n
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
n
- Organised & deadline focussed.
n
- Previous experience in assembly, packing, or dispatch roles is advantageous.
n
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production processes.
