About the opportunityn
This is a senior strategic commercial role responsible for managing and growing major healthcare accounts across the public and private hospital sectors. You will develop long-term account strategies, lead major tender opportunities, build senior stakeholder relationships and directly lead the team within the region.
Responsibilitiesn

- Develop and execute strategic account plans across key public and private hospital customers.
n
- Build relationships with executive, procurement, supply chain, clinical and product evaluation stakeholders.
n
- Lead complex healthcare tenders from early planning and stakeholder engagement through negotiation, award and implementation.
n
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, market share, contract utilisation and portfolio penetration across strategic accounts.
n
- Lead, coach and develop,
aligning clinical engagement activity with broader commercial objectives.
n
- Coordinate Sales, Clinical, Marketing and other internal teams to deliver strategic account outcomes.
n
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, business reviews, forecasting and commercial proposals.
n
Skills and Experiencenn
- 7+ years' experience within Corporate Account Management, Key Account Management or medical devicesales.
n
- Strong experience managing complex, high-value healthcare accounts within the Australian hospital market.
n
- Demonstrated experience leading major healthcare tenders, commercial negotiations and contract implementation.
n
- Strong understanding of public and private hospital procurement processes and stakeholder structures.
n
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives, procurement leaders and clinical decision-makers.
n
- Previous people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and development is preferred.
n
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering profitable account growth and managing complex sales opportunities.
