You’ll support clients throughSupport at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program , helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. What You’ll Do nn
- Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients’ homes.
n
- Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
n
- Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
n
- Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
n
About you nn
- Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration
n
- Valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle
n
- Community or hospital OT experience (preferred)
