Project Manager - Capital Works and Civil Infrastructure n

About the Role:
n As Project Manager – Capital Works, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. The portfolio includes buildings, public domain upgrades, town centre revitalisation, streetscapes, parks, roads, stormwater, and other public assets.
n You will manage the full project lifecycle, including design management, procurement, contract administration, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council frameworks.

Key Requirements:

n

- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or related field
n




- Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects through design and construction phases
n
- End-to-end project delivery experience, including construction management
n
- Strong procurement and contract administration experience
n
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
n
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence and White Card
n
