$100,000 Per Annum + 12% Super

- Monday - Friday | Day time hours with the occasional evening or weekend function.

- Located at ANU Bruce Hall
n
- Working with a great team and experienced chef to cater for the clients retail spaces and events.

The Person

n

n
- Experience in food and beverage management
n
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
n
- Experience in workplace health and safety issues
n
- Strong communication with client, staff and customers
n
- Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain one
n
- Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
n




- Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence
n

The Position

- Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
n
- Plan and organise events
n
- Manage labour and food costs
n
- Lead and manage staff members
n
- Maintain client and customer satisfaction
n
- Perform administrative duties
n
