Biology Masters — AI Data Trainer About The Role n

What You'll Do nn
- Design challenging, graduate-level biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
n
- Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions with well-structured scientific reasoning
n




- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
n
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics
n
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
n

Who You Are nn
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
n
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
n
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing
n
- Comfortable providing structured, critical feedback
n
- Self-motivated and reliable — you deliver quality work independently
n
- No prior AI experience
n

Nice to Have nn
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation workflows
n
- Familiarity with scientific benchmarking or academic research methodologies
n
- Background spanning multiple life science disciplines (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology)
n
