Norwest Christian College is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our growing community from Term 1, 2027. This full-time role will suit a teacher who is passionate about English, committed to Christian education, and eager to help students grow in faith, character, and purpose.

Your Role: n
n
- Contribute dynamically to the English team by working collaboratively to create rich learning experiences that strengthen students academically and support the development of positive learning dispositions.
n
- Bring previous experience, or demonstrate the capacity to develop resources, assessment tasks and lessons that align with the new Stage 4-5 English Syllabus, including the meaningful use of technology and project-based learning where appropriate.
n
- Demonstrate the capacity and willingness to teach Stage 6 English courses, with knowledge of syllabus requirements and an understanding of NESA requirements for Stage 6 English.
n
- Have solid communication skills,
with the demonstrated ability to build strong connections with students, staff and the wider school community.

n
- be willing to actively contribute to the extra-curricular life of the College.
