About the role n

You will work across the life of a construction project, from setting it up to resolving issues when they arise. You will:

- Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
n
- Advise clients on their rights and obligations during projects
n
- Assist on construction disputes, from early notices through to resolution
n
- Support partners on high-profile matters
n
- Work across construction, property and commercial issues as they arise
n

What you'll bring nn
- 2 to 5 years' PAE
n
- Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
n
- Construction law experience, on the front end, the back end or both
n
- Strong drafting skills and a collaborative approach
n
