The Bridge International is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements in Australia, including smaller end-to-end projects and workstreams within larger programs. You will mentor interns and graduates, shaping capability and confidence on the consulting pathway.

You will work in our Sydney hub with a hybrid mode, guiding delivery, governance, and stakeholder management while developing evidence-based solutions to drive efficiency and performance for clients.
