Job Description

LifeFul on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to work with NDIS participants, turning plans into action and supporting independence and quality of life.

This hybrid, part time role (3 days per week, with potential to move to full-time) focuses on building relationships, guiding choices, and connecting participants to services, while aligning with NDIS standards and delivering strong outcomes.
