The Opportunity n
We’re looking for an energetic, confident and highly engaging On-Camera Presenter & Category Head to join our growing live shopping business.
n
This is not a traditional retail or presenting role.
n
You’ll be live on camera , showcasing and selling products to an online audience while creating an entertaining, rapid-paced and interactive shopping experience.
n
We’re looking for someone who is naturally comfortable in front of the camera, can sell without sounding scripted, and has the personality to keep viewers watching, interacting and buying.
n
Alongside presenting, you’ll take ownership of your product category — helping us select products, understand what customers want and develop the category as our live shopping platform grows.
What You'll Be Doing n

Hosting live shopping shows and presenting products directly to our online audience

Demonstrating, explaining and selling products live on camera
n
- n
Engaging with viewers, answering questions and responding to comments in real time
n
- n
Thinking quickly and confidently without relying on a script
n
- n
Creating excitement, urgency and energy around products and promotions
n
- n
Learning products quickly and communicating their key features and benefits
n
- n
Taking ownership of your product category and helping develop the product range
n
- n
Identifying new products, trends and opportunities
n
- n
Working with our content and production team to create engaging live and social content
n
- n
Assisting with short‑form video and promotional content where required
n
Who We're Looking For n
You’ll ideally have previous experience in live shopping, sales, presenting, retail, social media, beauty or e‑commerce .
n
Most importantly, you need to be someone who comes alive in front of the camera.
n
You should have:
n

Previous experience in live shopping and/or sales
n
- n
A bubbly, energetic and engaging personality
n
- n
Excellent presentation and communication skills
n
- n
A polished and well‑presented on‑camera appearance
n
- n
The ability to think quickly and speak naturally without working from a script
n
- n
Strong sales instincts and the confidence to ask for the sale
n
- n
An understanding of cosmetics, makeup, beauty and consumer goods
n
- n
The ability to explain products simply and enthusiastically
n
- n
Confidence interacting with a live audience
n
- n
An understanding of social media, online trends and modern e‑commerce
n
- n
A willingness to learn, experiment and help build something new
n
n
Experience with platforms such as TikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, Facebook Live or other live‑commerce platforms would be highly regarded.
This Role Will Suit Someone Who... n
You may already be a live shopping host, content creator, beauty presenter, salesperson, retail professional, social media personality or someone working within the cosmetics and beauty industry.
n
You don't necessarily need to be a traditional TV presenter.
n
We are looking for personality, authenticity, sales ability and confidence on camera .
n
If you can pick up a product, understand it quickly and confidently talk about it for several minutes while keeping an audience entertained, we'd love to hear from you.
