Enjoy solving problems over the phone and keeping a busy day moving? Join Absolute Domestics' Cleveland contact centre, where you'll help clients and independent cleaning contractors with bookings, changes and service issues across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, use our CRM and take ownership of enquiries through to a practical outcome. We'll provide thorough training, a supportive team and a modern office close to Cleveland Station.

For more than 30 years, Absolute Domestics has helped Australian and New Zealand households connect with trusted domestic cleaning contractors. Our Cleveland-based customer service team plays an important role in supporting thousands of cleaners and clients every day.

What you'll do: n

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

n

Assist clients and contractors with bookings, enquiries and service issues

n

Build strong relationships with your allocated group of contractors

n

Navigate our custom-built CRM while using Outlook, Teams and dual monitors

n

Contribute to client retention and positive service outcomes

What we're looking for: You'll be well suited to this role if you: n

Have call-center or high-volume customer service experience

n

Are confident, patient and professional on the phone

n





Can de-escalate difficult conversations and take ownership of problems

n

Work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment

n

Are comfortable learning current technology and managing several tasks at once

n

Have solid touch-typing skills of at least 45 words per minute

n

Bring a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping people

n

Can work full-time onsite at our Cleveland office

n

Supportive and genuinely friendly team

n

Established Australian company with more than 30 years of experience

Approximately 10 minutes' walk from Cleveland Train Station

Hours n

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

This is a full-time, office-based positions with no work-from-home arrangement.

Compensation n

Competitive pay under the Clerks Award 2020, ranging from $75,000 - $80,000 including Super. The rate acknowledges your experience and skills. Specific details regarding salary and any additional benefits will be discussed further during the interview process.
