Job Description

Healius Limited is seeking a Rostering Officer to join the Rostering Team. The role involves ensuring clinics are staffed effectively, managing rosters, and handling last-minute changes in a rapid-paced health service context.

You will maintain staff profiles, balance hours and shifts, and liaise with teams to secure suitable coverage. A fortnightly rotating roster and mostly remote work with monthly office attendance are expected.
