nKey Responsibilities:n

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Manager

n
- n

Prepare, format, and update internal reports and documents

n
- n

Perform high-volume data entry and database management

n
- n

Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation

n
- n

Support broader project teams with documentation and reporting tasks

n
- n

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across departments

n

Confident using Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formatting)

n
- n

Excellent attention to detail and time management

n
- n

Strong written and verbal communication skills

- n

Able to multitask, prioritise,



and meet deadlines in a busy environment

A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

n
- n

Previous admin or office experience (preferred but not essential)
