The Opportunity
n With plenty of work secured across Brisbane, this established commercial builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join its delivery team.

n

The current workload is heavily focused on fit out and refurbishment, with projects across healthcare, education, office and retail environments, alongside new build opportunities.

n

Projects are predominantly based around Inner Brisbane, with a steady mix of work up to $20M. You’ll typically manage one project at a time, depending on size and complexity, giving you the opportunity to properly take ownership of delivery without being unnecessarily stretched across multiple sites.

n

You’ll manage subcontractors, programme,



safety and quality while working closely with the wider project team to ensure each job is delivered properly.

n

This would suit a Site Manager who enjoys moving between different project environments, wants to stay local to Brisbane and values working within a builder where relationships and quality matter.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven Site Manager experience within commercial construction
n
- Strong fit out, refurbishment and/or current build experience
n
- Exposure to healthcare, education, office or retail projects advantageous
n
- Ability to independently manage projects from site establishment through to handover
n
- Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management skills
n
- Stable employment history and a team-focused approach
n
