Your Role n

We’re looking for an exceptional CNC Press Brake Operator to become an significant part of our production team.

n

You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating our 5- and 7-axis CNC press brakes to produce high-quality, accurate metal components.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Setting up and operating CNC press brake machinery
n




- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
n
- Setting and changing tooling
n
- Creating, adjusting and optimising programs at the machine
n
- Checking dimensions and accuracy throughout production
n
- Performing quality checks on in-process and completed components
n
- Safely handling and positioning materials
n
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance
n
- Troubleshooting production and machinery issues
n
- Working closely with the production team to improve processes and efficiency
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
n

As our primary CNC Press Brake Operator, you’ll have ownership of an important part of our production process while working on a variety of components and projects.

- The day-to-day operation of CNC press brakes

- Producing accurate, high-quality components

- Checking precision and dimensions

- Identifying and resolving production challenges

- Improving processes and production methods

- Sharing your knowledge and ideas with the wider team

What We're Looking For Essential nn
- Previous experience operating CNC Press Brakes
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable and dependable work ethic

- A practical, problem-solving approach

- Driver’s licence or reliable transport to attend our Rocklea workshop

Hours n

Monday to Thursday: 5:30am – 2:00pm
Friday: 5:30am – 11:30am
