Arosoftware is a leader in the Australian Real Estate software industry. We have been helping established and startup real estate agents since 2004.

We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our local team. The role is based in our head office located at Coolum Beach.

n

You will be responsible for providing training and helpdesk support to our new and existing client base. This support can be on the phone, via email/chat or in person.

n

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a customer service environment and have a passion to work in the tech industry.
