The Duty Manager is a quick-paced role responsible for ensuring the successful operation of a Licensed Venue, Cruise Bar.

About the role: n

- Coach & develop a high performing team
n
- Deliver effective communication across the team
n
- Drive extraordinary guest experience
n
- Support venue operations, complete & delegate action items accordingly
n
- Contribute & promote to the safety and security of the venue and all stakeholders
n
- Assist & monitor employee rosters for all on premise areas meeting HIGA and NES requirements
n
- Provide leadership to all staff and ensure compliance across the venue
n

About you: nn




- Minimum 1 year in a Duty Manager Role
n
- Experienced in managing a high pressure, fast-paced, high volume bar
n
- Effective communicator who’s able to share their vision with the team
n
- Exceptional guest service provider with a genuine passion for the operation
n
- Passionate about team building and staff development
n
- High level of product knowledge
n
- Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol
n
- Holds a current Responsible Conduct of Gambling
n
- Discounts on food and beverage, accommodation, Conference & Events, liquor store
n
