Job Description

Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to handle a capped portfolio and realistic workload, with robust support and career progression. You’ll operate from a modern five‑level office located in a prime area, with onsite parking and a Philippines-based admin team providing robust support.

The role offers a generous salary package (>$200,000 with Schedule B’s), with one day of work‑from‑home after probation and casual Fridays.
