nRole Purpose n
n

Reporting to the Student Placement Manager at the Melbourne branchyou will be responsible for providingstudent placement support and visa guidance to AECC international students for the Filipino studentmarkethere in Australia.

n
nWhat Does This Opportunity Mean for You n

We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.

n
n

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

n
n

n
n
- Deliver high quality customer service/experience by understanding and meeting students’ needs
n
n
- Focus on growing the Filipino and East AsiaSubcontinent student market
n
n
- Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to student queries and guiding them on their study and visa needs.
n
n
- Achieve individual student placement target by applying effective sales conversion techniques
n
n
- Tracking and managing lead (enquiries)



and student life cycle pipeline on company Customer Relationship Management platform
n
n
- Increase referrals from existing students and other student communities/events
n
n
- Engagement activitieswith education institution representatives
n
n
- Team skills and solid relationship-building skills.
n
n
- Other related tasks as required by the business
n
n

nSkills and Attributes Required n
n

This role is heavily customer and sales focused in the International Education sector. You will be required to have thefollowing experience/skills:

n
n

n
n
- Fluent in Tagalog and English.
n
n
- A minimumof 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry
n
n
- QEAC Certified candidates would be preferred
n
n
- Valid Australian visa with full time work rights(An active 485 visa or Permanent Residents only)
n
n
- Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment
n
n
- Understand the needs of international students
n
n
- Proven track record of strong sales achievement
n
n
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
n
n
- Demonstrated team player
n
n
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms
n
n

n
nOther Information n

Candidates who have prior education counselling experience will be highly regarded.
