For this role you MUST be willing to drive within approximately a 40 minute radius, including suburbs like:

n

Melton | Sunbury | Taylors Lakes

n

and have a minimum of 20 hours per week of availability.

Support Worker – Upper West Melbourne (Melton, Sunbury, Taylors Lakes) What you’ll be doing n

n
- Supporting children with their morning routine (7am starts!) & after school routine
n
- Supporting with public transport training
n
- Encouraging independence, routine, and choice
n
- Assisting with daily living, community access, and meaningful activities
n
- Working alongside families and allied health professionals
n
- Keeping transparent, respectful,



and neuroaffirming notes
n
- Supporting adults with psychosocial disability access the community
n

What we’re looking for nn
- Genuine passion for supporting neurodivergent and people with psychosocial disabilities
n
- 12+ months experience working with neurodivergent children & young people (highly desirable)
n
- Reliability, empathy, and a sense of humour (because joy matters!)
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
n
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
n
- Driver’s licence and your own reliable car (registered, roadworthy & insured!)
n
- Willingness to travel 40 minutes
n
