Job Description

Endeavour Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Benowa Tavern to lead a high-volume hospitality team on the floor, partnering with venue leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor staff, coordinate cross-department operations, and ensure a safe, vibrant setting during peak shifts. RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager licences are required, with hands-on duties including lifting and stock movement.
