Black Bear Fulfilment, a Melbourne-based 3PL warehousing and fulfilment provider, is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to own client requests from land to ship. You will sit between clients and the warehouse floor, plan requests, direct labour, keep schedules and inform clients throughout the process.
The role is on site in Melbourne, full-time, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will coordinate tasks, manage progress, and ensure explicit communication across clients and internal teams.
