The Opportunity n

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected NFP organisation with a strong purpose and meaningful impact within the community.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will take ownership across a broad range of financial accounting, reporting, FP&A;, compliance and finance systems responsibilities. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced finance professional who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving and working closely with senior stakeholders.

The Challenge n

n
- Leading month-end and year-end accounting processes, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets and supporting schedules
n
- Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements and coordinating audit and year-end reporting requirements
n
- Taking ownership of key finance systems including Wiise, ProSpend and Raisely, ensuring accurate reporting,



effective processes and strong financial controls
n
- Managing donation income and corporate card processes, including reconciliations and appropriate accounting treatment across online and offline transactions
n
- Owning campaign financial management, including budget preparation, results reconcilation, monitoring actuals and investigating variances with campaign stakeholders
n
- Overseeing core finance operations including invoicing, bank reconciliations, event EFTPOS and accruals
n
- Managing financial compliance requirements including PAYG, BAS, IAS and other ATO obligations
n
- Partnering with the CFO and wider business to provide financial insight, support decision-making and drive improvements across finance processes and controls

The Expertise n

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Robust technical accounting, financial reporting and reconciliation capabilities
n
- Experience across month-end, year-end reporting, budgeting and compliance
n
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across finance and non-finance teams
n
- NFP, charity or fundraising experience will be highly regarded
n
