Production Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME)- SAP

Role Summary n

TheProduction Planning SME provides functionalexpertiseand business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents andvalidatesbusiness requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities n

ProvideProduction Planning domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.

n
- n

Document andvalidatecurrent-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).

n
- n

Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.

n
- n

Participate in workshops/design discussions; review andvalidateproposed process/system changes.

n
- n

Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation whererequired.

n
- n

Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).

n
- n

Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).

n
- n

Maintain robust stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.

Skills and Experience nn
- n

Bachelor’s degree.

n
- n

Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.

n
- n

Able to document requirements andprocesses andtranslate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.

n
- n

Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).

n
- n

Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.

n
- n

SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience isadvantageous.

n
- n

StrongProduction Planningfunctional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.

n
- n

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.

n
- n

Ability to travel on a routine basis.

n
