Job Description

Invested Talent is partnering with a global online trading and investing business to expand its CRM and lifecycle marketing capability in Australia. This hands-on CRM specialist role focuses on journeys, data and automation to drive client acquisition, engagement and retention.

You will build and deploy lifecycle campaigns across channels, manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, perform A/B testing, and derive insights from KPI metrics to continually optimise campaigns.
