Job Description
Programmed is seeking a hands-on Leading Hand for grain operations at its Dimboola site. You will lead day-to-day grain receival, storage and outturn activities, while guiding staff and contractors in secure practices and equipment operation.

You will help maintain grain quality, inventory controls and safety standards, support rostering and maintenance, and step in when the Site Supervisor is away. A driver’s licence, Confined Space and Level 2 First Aid are preferred, with flexibility for
