We're looking for a Trade Network Performance Specialist to help strengthen and optimise our national trade network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, improving performance, solving problems and working with both operational teams and external trade partners to drive results. You'll play a key role in ensuring our contractor network is capable, compliant, engaged and positioned to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the National Supply Chain Performance & Procurement Manager, you'll support the growth, performance and optimisation of HomeRepair's contractor network.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identifying trade capacity and coverage gaps across regions
- Sourcing and onboarding new trade partners
- Supporting contractor compliance, licensing and operational readiness requirements
- Building strong relationships with trade partners across the network
- Monitoring contractor performance, service levels and customer outcomes
- Facilitating performance reviews and improvement initiatives
- Analysing performance data and identifying opportunities for optimisation
- Providing insights and recommendations to operational leaders
- Supporting contractor audits, compliance reviews and risk management activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer and business outcomes

About you

You'll be a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working with contractors, suppliers and operational stakeholders to drive performance and deliver results.





You’ll bring:

- Experience in contractor, supplier, vendor or trade network management
- Experience sourcing, onboarding or managing service providers
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience monitoring performance metrics and driving improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- The ability to influence outcomes and build credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A continuous improvement mindset

Highly regarded

- Experience within insurance repairs, construction, trades or property services
- Experience working within compliance, audit or governance frameworks
- Qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
- Experience supporting supplier performance or procurement initiatives
