An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Manager – FP&A; to join a growing Financial Services business in a newly created role.
n
Reporting to the Head of FP&A;, this is a broad and commercially focused position that will play a key role across Group financial planning, forecasting and performance management. You will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders, providing the financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities n
Lead the delivery of annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning across the Group.
n
Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to provide commercial insight and challenge business assumptions.
n
Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews, including detailed variance analysis, forecasting and forward-looking commentary.
n
Develop high-quality executive and Board reporting, translating complex financial information into clear commercial insights.
n
Provide analysis and modelling to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and M&A; activity.
n
Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases to support commercial decision-making.
n
Monitor key business drivers, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and performance trends.
n
Provide oversight across cost performance, headcount investment and capital allocation.
n
Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, financial discipline and accountability across the business.
n
Strengthen FP&A; frameworks, processes, controls and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.
n
Act as a senior member of the FP&A; function, supporting and mentoring the broader team.
About You n
You will be an experienced FP&A; professional with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-entity setting.
n
You will bring:
n
Strong experience across FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
n
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and operational stakeholders.
n
Strong executive and Board reporting capability.
n
Advanced financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial analysis skills.
n
The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, commercially relevant insights.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
n
A continuous improvement mindset, with experience improving FP&A; processes, reporting and financial controls.
n
