The role will include: nn
- Fielding client telephone calls and emails
n
- Being the first point of contact at reception
n
- General reception and administration duties i.e. office coordination, mail and office supplies;
n
- Assisting and supporting solicitors and assistants with administration tasks including, drafting correspondence, document management and data entry
n
- Diary and email management
n
- Photocopying and scanning of documents
n
- Managing safe custody
n
- Processing payments
n
About you: n
A successful candidate will have the following:

- Law firm or administration experience
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
n
- Proactive and reliable
n
- Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask
n
- A great work ethic and a team player
n
- Professional manner
n
- Comfortable using IT software and the Microsoft suite
n

We offer a competitive salary which commensurate with the successful applicant’s experience, skills and qualifications, with remuneration guided by the applicable classification under theLegal Services Award.
