As an Aged Care Worker with Jessie Cares, you'll support residents with their everyday care while helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

n

Depending on the shift, you may:

n

n
- * Provide personal care and assistance with daily living
n
- * Support residents with showering, dressing, grooming, mobility and meals
n
- * Follow individual care plans and resident preferences
n
- * Observe and report changes in health or wellbeing
n
- * Work alongside RNs and other members of the care team
n
- * Maintain a secure, clean and comfortable setting
n
- * Build genuine, respectful relationships with residents
n

About the Candidate

We're looking for experienced Aged Care Workers who bring compassion, reliability and confidence to every shift.

- * Minimum 3 months' Australian residential aged care or nursing home experience




n
- * Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
- * Current First Aid & CPR
n
- * Recent National Police Check
n
- * Reliability and a qualified attitude
n
- * Confidence working both independently and within a care team
n

n

Please note: Applicants must already hold valid Australian working rights. Jessie Cares is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
